Red face Anyone else feel like this?
Does anyone else ever feel like their dreaming? I mean just feel really weird like your not really here or something? i dont no its hard to explain! i have it sometimes, doesnt have to be when im having a panic attack either. It doesnt happen+ very often , thank god!!!!

I am usually like that a day after i have a panic attack. For me it's more like a hangover without the headache. Everything just seems so fake and it seems like it is all just a dream.

I have also experienced this before. It is such a strange feeling.
