Exclamation The Zen of Panic Attacks

Ya know... it's easy to get lost in all your constant worrying and lose track of where you are headed, but doing so only gives in to another attack. I've read some books about controling the attacks and they still recommend that fixing my eating habits will correct it, but it never really gets the job done. So I just try to keep aware since what I read is never what I need. It's like that in high school... you read about things that never ever help! Ah, the memories... =(

I find it hard to relax even with techniques and stuff. I don't know why, I guess i just need to let it go for a few more months so i can see what all it CAN do (panic) before i see what i can do.

Wouldn't that be great if all we had to do was change our eating habits to help our panic. That is just to hard to believe.

Yeah it would. But nothing is ever concluded so easily when you have any sort of panic disorder since it's always blown out of proportion. Just trying to live normally can be hard enough... not that it's not possible, but I find it hard to fully relax.. for as I relax my mind I lose my relaxation in my muscles.
