The Zen of Panic Attacks
Ya know... it's easy to get lost in all your constant worrying and lose track of where you are headed, but doing so only gives in to another attack. I've read some books about controling the attacks and they still recommend that fixing my eating habits will correct it, but it never really gets the job done. So I just try to keep aware since what I read is never what I need. It's like that in high school... you read about things that never ever help! Ah, the memories... =(
