Hey. I've had panic attacks for almost a year now and only lately have started to think I have every disease known to man. Last month it was a brain tumor this month it's skin cancer. I was just wondering if panic attacks can give you pains in places like your face, arms and back or if these are seperate problems. Also has anyone else worried they've had these diseases?

worring yourself into having a diasese the mind can do all sorts of weird things to the body. you can actually make yourself have symtoms of what ever you are worrying about.

Do you take anything for your panic.

Absolutely!! It's amazing what your mind can do. I woke up one morning thinking I had been bitten by a spider. My little toe was stiff and I swear the skin was warm where 'the bite was'. I had no bite. Just a bad dream. Yes, the mind is powerful. We just need to use it to our advantage.

I know how you feel! I also constantly worry that I have different illnesses and diseases. A couple months ago I thought I had a brain tumor or a neurological disorder. Then, I thought I had MS. Now, I've been obsessing about my heart for the last couple weeks. It's neverending!

I don't take anything for my panic at the moment. What is best for it?
