i probably would feel the same way,considering what happened, the only advice i can give you is to do what i would do ,and that is .......when you start to feeling scared start talking to yourself calmly, tell yourself that it's ok to feel this way considering what happened,but it's just anxiety and that you need to relax, take deep breaths and try to relax tell yourself the truth don't go to extremes, the train stopped ,not the end of the world, try to stay in the moment and talk yourself out of being scared.don't go to extremes thinking theirs a terrist attack, it's just the train stopping it's no big deal, your strong for doing it and not avoiding it, you can do this. sounds like your more in control than you think, you can do it. i'll pray for you!!!!!
