Molly, It seriously sounds like anxiety to me. The body fights to do what your mind wants to do which is why you probably got through the presentation ok. But then afterwards your mind didnt have the pressure to perform and it was time for the anxiety to strike a little. Dont get afraid thinking your anxiety will spiral or get worse remember we are all humans even those without panic and anxiety very often get nervous and dizzy, sweaty, etc when doing any sort of preasuring thing or presentation. Just like my friend, it is her job to do presentations, she doesnt have panic or anxiety from a medical view but she cant sleep and feels like she is going to get sick when she is in front of people. As far as seizures go, no my personal opinion is that is not what it is. You need to address your fears about seizures. First of all they rarely happen unless you have epilepsy or something second they actually arent all that bad in the case you do have one. Hold on, Im going to send something to comfort you about seizures in my next post.
