Dozziness, Nausea, and always having to catch my breath - Panic Disorders Message Board

Do any of you experience these sympoms at the same time? Just this morning i was struck with a small bout of rather odd dizziness(i never get dizzy), nausea, and i felt as though i was always having to breathe really deep to get a good breath. It this normal? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you been going thru any stress lately?Did you have extreme Anxiety surrounding the sensations you felt?

Good idea to see your Doctor to rule out any illnesses such as Thyroid probs,Inner Ear Disorders and a few other conditions.

Yup. Im dizzy right now... It usually stays through out the day. too much stress and not a good night sleep really i think triggers dizzyness.

anxiety and many other things can cause dizzyness, check for wax in your ears
