Thumbs up here's a tool to use for you're anxiety

ok, for all that are seriously wanting to overcome their anxiety this is a tool to use daily, please consider it

1. use nagetive-positive dialog,i swear by this but you have to do it.

go to the store and get your self a little note pad

keep track of all you're thoughts!!

everytime you feel anxiety or depressed feelings write them down, and right below it write a positive thought.
people with anxiety first of all don't have a clue how nagetive they really are. it starts with a low self-esteem.do this for one week and you'll be shocked and you'll start to see how much you contribute to you're own anxiety. at first this is really hard ,because you are so use to beating your self up for everything that you do that you don't know how to be positive. this is the beginning to feeling better, how can you talk yourself out of a panic attack if you don't know how? do this for along time and i guarentee you, that you will start feeling better. see, you developed this habit and it takes awhile to brake a bad habit , but once you do it you'll notice that all that nagetive talk will turn to positive.soon you'll get really great thoughts that will uplift you,and make youself feel great. soon you'll be getting it from yourself and not from someonelse, what we all look for. people with anxiety tend to look for everything outside from themselves to know that their ok.you can actually keep youself out of a panic attack by doing this and believe me at first you will not believe it,but the more you do it the better you get at it. don't go to extremes though you need to believe it.

ex. oo here it comes again i'm going to have a panic attack, i'm going to flip out in front of everyone and embarrase myself!

pos- ok, i know this is just anxiety, i'm not going to flip out,it's just anxiety i'll be ok, so what if i have to leave.know one will even know, soon i'll feel better,i just need to be patient,it's ok.

see how much better this is!!!!!

talk to yourself like you would you're own daughter or friend, or what would you're mom or friend tell you? try it. this i learned from lucinda bassett's program and believe me it works. you can't just do this overnight, you need to do it daily, hourly .i broke though anxiety, i did this, and one week later i never had another panic attack again ,float through them, also learn to relax. people with anxiety do not know how to relaxe;buy a relaxing tape and listen to it, and really think about buying lucinda's program. i care about all of you, because i've been their i know the fear you going through, and how terrible it feels to be like this ,if it helped me it will you too, god bless all you ,and good luck.sorry it's so long but i want to help as much as i can.

Positive dialogue has helped me more than anything. I also love Lucinda Bassetts relaxation tape. When I do it every day I feel so much better. The problem is I go several weeks without doing it, start feeling bad again, then start over. I really need to stick with it.
