my rules for overcoming panic
1) spend as much time with friends and family as possible (even if it means sleeping over a friends house)
2) take klonopin or xanax
3) try to do things that make you forget about panic (anything that causes physical pain such as weight lifting or running...these activities also release endorphins)
4) pay all bills ASAP
5) drop any unneeded activity that causes stress
6) limit sex
7) avoid stimulants like caffine
8) avoid negative and/or loud people
9) eat lots of complex carbohydrates and quality protein (take vitamin supplements)
10) I found driving to help me alot (others would be better off to have a friend drive them)
11) alway believe that panic goes away someday soon
12) attend church and read the bible.
13) help others who have panic/depression
14) learn as much about panic disorders as possible
