this is a good idea ,beacause in my experience the onces that focuse on their symptoms often feed off of each others nagetives, this is what keeps you in this , all about help is to up you're self esteem, and to find good coping skills, and help ,not to feed off of each other's symptoms and problems although it's helpful to talk about them,but sometimes it gets to be too much, and it's not healthy exspecialy for a really anxious person, i know that was the last thing i wanted to know. because once i heard someones else's symptoms i had them, lol.
