When i was going threw anxiety and all the stuff you've probably went threw, maybe more, maybe not?
everyone use to tell me that too! i hated it, how can i relax feeling this way? no-one understood, because they've never gone through it. but to tell you the truth relaxation is very important. I never knew how to relax. i could barrly breath without passing out-how could i relax? when someone told me that you're not going to learn untell you condition you're body tooo relax and that i didn't know how to relax;and that i didn't know how. I THOUGHT THEY WERE CRAZY AND TO BE HONEST WITH YOU I DIDN'T BELIEVE THEM. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR IT ANYWAY, i wanted results,NOW.i don't know if you can relate to me or not,buti just wanted a fairy to come and throw dust on me and i'd be healed. but i listened and i got a relaxing tape, i listened to it 2 to 3 times a day,for about 2-3 weeks. and of course with thie coping skills i learned i was serouly on my way to recover.
they told me that after awhile using the relaxion tape that when i'd try to calm down i would just breath like the tape taught me, and talk to myself ,it would automaticaly (my body) start to relax? strange huh but i swear it works. i could and knew how to relax. this is very important,that you understand this ,and believe me. but to be honest with you, it took me along time not to have a panic attack, while listening to it, because i was so anxious. soon i was falling asleep with it all the time!

it's the start to getting over this.
