augmentin lasting effects on psych drugs

For the past three years, once a year I get a sinus infection for which I've been prescribed Augmentin. Each time after I finish the treatment, my knonopin and celexa stop working for about 4 or 5 months and puts me right back to square one with anxiety and panic.
Has anyone else ever had this experience with antibiotics while on psych meds? Any and all responses would be so very much appreciated.
Thank you

YES, the same thing is happening to me, I dont know what to do. I ask the ENT docs, and they say it is all in my head and not from the antibiotics. I don't agree. Took Augmentin 8 months ago for a maxillary sinus infection on one side only. The Augmentin seems like it made my xanax stop working, I was a mess for 6 months to. I still have a little post nasal drip, but don't want to go on more antibiotics.. What have you found out? Sorry this is a nightmare!! How are you feeling?

Hi, it's been 4 months now and I'm still nervous and panicy. The Klonopin and Celexa haven't started to work again yet. This is the 3rd time. No more augmentin for me. When I told my shrink they just say, hum. that's it. They just don't get it.
