josamous Newbie (female) Join Date: Aug 2011 Location: Lexington, KY, United States Posts: 1	Numbness in left pinky and muscle spasms in right foot I woke up yesterday to my left pinky and ring finger totally numb. I sleep on my stomach so I don't think it came from sleeping on it....anyway so later that day I got these massive spasm in my right foot. I don't understand what's going on. It's been over 24 hrs and my pinky and ring finger are still numb and I keep having claw like foot spasms.
