A baby can walk anywhere from 9 months to 18 months with 12 months being the norm. My first daughter walked at 10 months and my second daughter didn't walk until she was almost 14 months. Each baby does things on their own time and I wouldn't worry until she was around 18-19 months especially if she is doing everything else that she is suppose to do.
Another thing to point out is good crawlers are generally late walkers. Some children learn to walk out of curiosity. They are tired of not being able to experience the world around them. If they can crawl well, that need is met so there isnt the same importance on walking
I have 5 siblings, My first brother started walking at 8 months, my sister, at 9 months, My brother at 10 months, My sister at 11 months, and me lol, 12months.
I wouldn't worry to much about it my daughter walked at 15 months and my son was 18 months and that was cuz he didn't need to his sister brought him everything he needed and we carried him and finnally we said OK mr. we r not going to spoil u any more so he had to walk *LOL* how late a child walks doesn't mean anything on how smart a kid is sooo don't rush it and just like he did when he first started to crawl he will just one day do it.....
