If i am planning my 2 year old daughter's birthday party how elaberate should i go at this age? Should it be a big deal or no? What effects will it have on her? Thank you.
I agree, completely, with Marie. In fact, I would say the exact same thing for her 3rd and 4th birthdays also. 5 is a good time, in my opinion, to bring in the games, prizes, pinatas, etc.
all the family that can come and any good friends of hers...have some fun kid stuff like a jumping thing, goody bags...she wont be mad that shes having fun.
I agree with the family idea. depending on when the party is you could have a picnic at the park or a BBQ. She will enjoy the fact that she is surround by people who love her and she will love that all the attention is for her. Good Luck!
