I started taking about 3 to 5 mg/day of creatine powder since about a week without consulting my doctor ! I do feel that I have more energy since without any side effects. Ofcourse I don't know for sure if this is a placebo effect.
I am considering taking Q10 also but the snag is that it is expensive and said to have side effects

: any more feed back ont this will be greatly appreciated.
