The PD patient I care for gets these round, purplish skin discolorations on his body from time to time. They appear quite literally, overnight, and disappear just as quickly after a day or so, sometimes sooner. They vary in size, ranging from small (dime size) to large (silver dollar size). They do not cause any itching or pain, fortunately, and they are not bruises.
Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance.
