Massage helpful for Parkinson's

Maybe this will help someone.

The Touch Research Institute has done a study on the effect of massage on Parkinson's patients. The study looked at adults with Parkinson's who received either massage therapy or a progressive muscle relaxation.
Parkinson's patients who were massaged could function better in daily living activities and slept better.
