Dear Carolyn33,

I take two tablets, 25/100 12 times a day. I also take Comatan 200 MG 6 times per day. Additionally, I take Amantadine 100 three times per day.

In my case, the Carbidopa/levidopa keeps me going strong. The Comtan extends the effectivness of the C/L. I have been diagnosed now 13 years and have never experienced weakness from the drug. If your Father is having weakness, he might want to visit his Dr. about a possible increase. 1/2 of a pill isn't very much.
