| Do you have these symptoms?
My father has been having this problem for a while, but it seems to be getting worse lately. He has trouble walking, he gets muscle spasams in his upper right leg. His whole leg tenses up and he is unable to walk. Having balance problems also. But, he can walk if someone holds his arm or his is next to a wall or something sturdy. He has been to several neurologists. He has been on valuim for about 10 years. It stopped working and now he's on clonazepam. It helped for awhile. A new docotor has just put him on carbidopa-levo (a parkinsons medication, but they do not say he has parkinsons though.) He has just started that med. This doc also asked for him to start lowering his dose of clonazepam to half of what he was taking. (Not sure of the dosage).
Does anyone have these symptoms? Do you have any other ideas or suggestions on what you have experienced that you can share? Thank you for your time.
