I would like to ask a few questions, and would be so gratefull of a few answers here. Firstly, I won't go into my medical history, otherwise, we would be here forever. Anyway, here goes. Is it a symptom of PD to find you get what I call body jerking, like spasms of the body. It can range from my whole trunk jerking forward, to just an arm. I have developed what I can only describe as a sort of tic. It does not happen all the time, but when it does it can just be the odd moment or last for a while, I can shout an odd word or just rubbish and pull odd faces all at the same time. Im really sorry if this sounds wierd.
My muscle are becoming more and more stiff, my posture is appalling, if I sretch in the morning like any normal person would do, the pain is horrendous. Im getting cramps in my feet. I get a tremor, but not all the time. Even writing this is hurting my arms, pathetic, but true
Yesterday, I had what felt like a very disconnected feeling, almost foggy, everythinbg seemed very surreal. When I walked, I started taking little steps, like an old man, this too, has happened before. I went to get in the car on Sunday, and ended up almost marching on ther spot before I could actually get into the car. The stiffness is getting worse, as are the headaches, my spacial awareness is shot, I could go on and on. Does anyone else get this?. The Jerks, the cramps, the odd shouting out, night sweats, shouting in my sleep, head shakes, {thats more when Im stressed}........Im 42, and not all of this is happening at once, apart from the stiffness, thats constant and getting worse. Any thoughts, I would be really gratefull, even if someone says, don't worry, its nothing, any advice would help.......thanks
