indigestion and vomiting at dinnertime

I've am a 76-year-old man who has had PD for nine years. A month ago, I started having hiccups and mild vomiting just after starting to have dinner (about 6 pm). There follows a period of an hour or so with alot of saliva coming out and mild vomiting taking place. It does not seem to be related to the type of food I am eating. I think it is related to my PD down time which usually occurs at the end of the day. Has anyone with PD had something similar?

Thanks for your help. Vicenza
