Post Darrell: clarification of certifying a document
You are probably way ahead of me, but I asked a person at the bank what it means and she told me it is the court house that will give you a certified copy of a birth certificate.(no photo copies) Bruce

Bruce, Thanks for the info. I guess they make a copy of the original and then certify it?
