Just an FYI, particularly to "pelicangirl", my C-4 surgery is scheduled Dec. 10, outpatient, no horrible stiff neck brace afterwards, either. Technique is way improved. Both arms/hands painfully numb almost constantly, so something has to give. Please send me postive thoughts that day. Lory

Hi Lory,

You certainly will have all my thoughts and prayers on that day. I'm so glad the techniques have improved and you won't have to worry about all of the extra "stuff" to help in your recovery. And I know it will be a full recovery. Hang in there.

Thanks for everyone's concern. I'm so looking forward to this - it will be liberating in a way. Lor
