Computer Programs For Parkinson Patients?

Does anyone know of any computer program that Parkinson's suffers can use? My mother has it and her hands shake to much to use a keyboard or mouse. Voice recognition will not work either since her voice has been effective also. She use to love playing computer games and would love to have her do more than sit and watch TV

I think there are some extra large mouses that might help your mother. Check into them and see what they have available. I am not familiar with them, but have only read of them.

Re: Computer Programs For Parkinson Patients?

Does anyone with hand tremors know how to shut off the keyboard shortcuts? A friend has a bad tremor and he's going crazy trying to use computer. Stuff keeps disappearing. I think because of the tremor he's hitting a combination of keys and causing things to disappear.
