My mother has PD for the last 10 years and is now 84 and in the final stage. Bedridden for 3 years with a large bed sore which has not got worse. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and would know how long it will go on for. She is in a NH but no longer communicates and doesnt talk to me or my sisters anymore or even acknowledges us.
