New to the HealthBoard
 

I was diagnosed in 2008 with parkinsons, I take Mirapex and it has controlled the tremors in my right arm. My question is: I have been having trouble walking because of sore feet and ankles, it takes a fews minutes especially in the morning to get Any suggestions? I still do walk 2 miles every day but it is getting harder to do that.
