New Here, a quick question please help
i'm a male and i'm 44 years of age over the last 2 years my left hand shakes pretty bad when i hold something in it also somnetimes i can feel it slightly shake with it resting , also of a night if i am woken up i feel my body shake this has come about in the last year, it could be nothing but before i go to ask my doctor i thought someone could have a simple opinion

From my own personal experience - best thing to do is google "once upon a
pill" It is a very good description of what parkinson's drugs really are and
how very complicated your life will become once a dr. starts you on them.
Sinemet is more addictive than any street drug and the tremors you are
trying to control become worse after you take the drug for any length of time.
Mirapex is also dangerous. Google "Overstimulated" "The Houston Press News"
- all the parkinson's drugs are a nightmare - no exaggeration.
What is helping is coconut oil - google coconut oil and parkinson's. I think
Ginko Biloba is helpful, also creatine which boosts brain energy. Good luck
and there must be an angel in heaven looking out for you.
