| Trying to figure out if I have BPD
Hi all,
this may not be the best place to post this, but I was reading your posts and thought you sounded like some people who might be able to give me an accurate idea of what "bpd" actually means.
I have been in therapy for about a year, and my therapist is not the type to hand out diagnosis, which I am grateful for, but I do worry that I may have B.P.D. given my symptoms and the bizarre states I get into sometimes.
Given what I have read (online mostly, when foolishly attempting to self-diagnose, or at least understand what the heck is going on with me) I I could relate to many of the symptoms, but not the rage at all.
I guess what I am asking is, what does BPD feel like??? Look like??
I am trying to grasp what is going on with me.
