blood phobia...passing out

Whenever I see blood, not just a tiny scratch or anything but like a big cut with lots of blood on me or any body else I feel faint and feel like Iam going to pass out and everything seems kind of unreal and I get the feeling that there is no blood in my body (anyone know what I mean?)

How can I overcome this? Because if someone I know gets hurt and needs my help,I cant be passing out and letting them die.

Dear sabrinarose,
This is very common with a lot of people. Don't worry about trying to overcome this. If the situiation arises you will overcome it. Survival instincts for you or another will take over an you will react. It is not something that you can think about and overcome. Let it go, it is very, very common.

Sincerely,

Sickman
