The urethra is an entry way for HIV to enter. HOWEVER, the only thing that might have entered your urethra is massage oil. Now if infected vaginal secrections or blood came in contact with your urethra, then you may have reason to worry about being infected with HIV.
Even if this women did have microscopic cuts on her hand when she was giving you the HJ, I have a feeling you would have noticed a cut on her hand that was gushing blood.
HIV tramission does NOT occur this way. Therefore this was a NON-exposure and you have no reason to worry let alone test for HIV. If for some reason you have high anxiety over this and can not get over it, then test after 3 months of the exposure for your OWN piece of mind. However, your exposure was non-existent so I suggest you move on with your life and stop worrying!
