pepper and garlic phobia. spicy food related bleeding

thank you for reading this.
it has been going on for me for 10 years or so. i cannot tolerate any spicy food w h a t s o e v e r. just a tiny slice of garlic or pepper appear to cause my bowels bleed. if i avoid spicy food completely and am very careful about what i eat, i am ok, but no matter for how long i abstain from spicy food, i invariably get punished quite severely if i touch anything remotely spicy. and i am not talking about some hot thai or malayan food i mean just a little bit of pepper or garlic causes me bleed quite profusely. i was afraid i may be having cancer or something, so i did a colonoscopy test a few years ago and they did not find anything. but at that time, i think my, stomach was better. any suggestions please? any similar experiences? thank you.
