What would this phobia/condition be called?

I get extremely uncomfortable when people (just people, not objects) enclose me in with no opening to my left.

As long as there's an opening to my left, I have no issues.

What would this be called, the nearest I could find was sinistrophoboa, but that doesn't accurately describe it at all.
