Fear of public speaking
 

I have almost all of the fears mentioned in this board. My main one is Fear of public speaking. I dont know what it is!! I totally make myself prepared and rehearse over and over again till I can practically say my speech backwards and forwards. I talk to myself letting myself know that I will do great etc.
However, when I get in front of any crowd I choke. I cry, I shake, I make a complete fool of myself. All my hard work and preparation down the toilet. I just cant figure it out!
