 Fear of driving/riding in cars
I am very scared to drive and don't do t very often, and I am also terrified to ride in a car. It's bad...to the point where no one wants to take me anywhere cause I am constantly cringing, slamming on my "imaginary passenger side brakes", and begging them to slow down, watch out, etc. I know I get on everyones nerves but I can't seem to help it at all. I am otherwise a fairly normal person, although I do obsess a bit about things like "did I leave the coffee pot or iron on", "did I lock the doors", etc. But I have no other irrational fears. Does anyone else have this problem? It really makes my life hell.
