Strange thoughts...

i've never had a fear of heights at all , the only "fear" i had was with flying which i solved by taking flying lesssons.

Recently though i've been having strange dreams , in one i would be standing on the very edge of a very tall building look down and get vertigo. the vertigo is strong enough to wake me.

these dreams now manifest themselves in concious life. i can be doing anything , sitting at my desk , driving and the thought pops into my head. It's a very real thought , short but very intense, always invloving height and the prospect of falling.

I hope someone understands what i'm trying to say.

if anyone has seen the film Devil. there is a scene at the beginning where the camera races along the top of the building then takes an immediate right angle drop down and you get that sudden sense of falling. That is how my random thoughts are
