First off, tsh that falls within most lab reference ranges is not necessarily normal for you.
Pituitary hypothyroidism is very, very rare. Hashis isn't that rare and is well known to run in families. Pituitary hypo will show in the labs as a low tsh and low free thyroid hormone levels. It's an anomaly in the labs that will often result in a "verified by repeat analysis" on the lab sheet cause it throws up a red flag as being so odd. Chances are that whatever symptoms you experience are due to the hashis antibodies.
