Pituitary Tumor Might Be Something More?

Hi everyone,
Im a 17 year old girl just recently was diagnosed with a Pituitary Adenoma in April of this year. my symptoms all came out of no where first where the headaches then the irregular periods. If i where to go down the list of possible symptoms when being diagnosed a pituitary tumor, id say i have about 90% of them. Fatigue, insomnia, vision loss, nausea, headache, missing/gone periods.
im very frustrated as im typing this because i havent slept in two days! im very tired and i just want some answers that no doctor seems to be giving me. the space out my appointments months apart WITHOUT giving me anything to tolerate anything for ANY of the pain. i had to leave school and start homeschooling because my anxiety was going bananas trying sit in a desk for an hour while my head was boiling with intense pain.

currently im on 50mg of topamax that my neurologist put me on just last week. i was surprised to see she perscribed me to this medication seeing as to how my last neurologist, who was a total ignorant ***, put me on topamax last year for migraines - i was expecting her to try something different.

i have an appointment with the endocrinologist next week. Ive googled all the hormone secreting symptoms, etc. and i have all of those symptoms. is it possible for labs not to show them. for ex. ACTH - they have noticably progressed where my school nurse told me how her husband went undiagnosed for years. The Prolactin- well this is the only abnormal terst result that came back so...
and the thyroid - thyroid dysfunctions run in both side of my families so is it possible they are related?

PLUS- at my last weeks visit to the neurologists office, she let me know that my most recent MRI was showing masses on the inside of my skull and that she was going to have some more tests done.

can someone please just help me calm my nerves before i go psycho!?

Thank you so much!
