buffalo Hump

I just have a question I noticed yesterday that I have this thing called a buffalo hump, I took my symptoms as hypothyroid but maybe not. Can anything other than cushings cause this thing. Thanks for any info and also when I go to the doctor what tests do I need to ask for.

What other symptoms do you have? Have you ever had your prolactin tested? My daughter developed this hump when her prolactin was high because of a pituitary adenoma which threw her into having early menopausal symptoms (in her 20s). She tested negative for Cushings, just high prolactin which she takes medication to lower. It can also occur after weight gain.
