I had my son in 2011. I was just dx'd with a pituitary tumor last week, but I suspect it was there when I conceived and had him, since a CT i had in 2010 showed that my pituitary was enlarged, but they thought nothing of it at the time, since all the hormone tests came back normal. I had also recently had a miscarriage-- and pregnancy can enlarge your pituitary gland as a part of the normal process.
He is a very happy healthy 17 month old now. :-) Good Luck.
