I am a newbie to this situation so sorry if I sound like an idiot. I have been gaining wait like crazy. I have gained 32 lbs in 2 years. I know could be worse but I am not a horrible eater I don't eat the things that would blow you up and I don't have much of an appetite. I normally only eat once a day. That is normally around 4-5pm something small like a sweet potato or a full dinner like chicken breast, veggie and brown rice, etc. I don't drink juices, eat cheese, do dairy, like salty stuff, eat candy...Not because I'm watching my weight but because I really don't like it.. I do however love cake but it has to be devils food or red velvet and moist or I will trash it. Anywho, my dr checked my thyroid (bloodwork) for the weight gain and it came back fine. Well I had an MRI looking for MS and it said, "CSF is seen within the pituitary fossa somewhat flattening the gland. Correlate clinically for pituitary gland symptomatology." So I don't sweat never have(I mean after a 2 hour workout nothing, I mean served in the Marine Corps 26 mile run not a drop), now this weight thing is driving me crazy, and I am always cold. Could this be the issue but my blood work still come up normal?
