Can somebody help me read this?

I was admitted to ER about a month ago because of high blood pressure; however I did not feel anything, not even a headache. I was in the hospital for my annual check up when the doctor found out my BP is over 180 and rushed me to ER. They gave me some meds and I'm being treated now. I'll go back to my doctor in 2 weeks, but I'm curious to know what's wrong with me and how to fix myself (with doctor's help, of course).

My first guess was adrenal fatigue due to chronic stress because I answered yes to most of the symptoms; however after got the result (I just got it few hours ago), it's more like Conn's syndrome.

So, below are the result of my blood test:
CORTISOL, 9H POST 1MG DEX
Result: 1.1 ug/dl
Standard: 0.0 - 1.7 ug/dl

PLASMA RENIN
Result: 0.15
Standard: 0.25 - 5.82

ALDOSTERONE (sitting down)
Result: 8 ng/dl

Creatinine
Result: 0.82
Standard: <=1.11

Potassium and sodium level are also good (within standard range).

Thank you!
