post polio financial help

My friends van has a lift that no longer has parts available. it is Ricon or something like that. She asked that I ask if anyone knows of any place she could go for financial help or assistance to replace it. She is very independent but cannot continue to be without the lift on the van. Financially it is impossible for her to absorb the entire cost. Any ideas. She has Post Polio syndrome is completely wheel chair dependent now. thanks
