Hi There, I just googled a search and they say UC Medical Center has a program. I'm sure you may have googled it yourself. I am fortunate and live in MA. The Spaulding Clinic in Framingham MA was the first center of its kind, and people have come from as far as Japan to seek evaluation and treatment. In the meantime I would recommend "Post-Polio Syndrome" a guide for survivors and family members. I was diagnosed about 10 years ago, but only went to a brace and wheelchair consistently, in the past 2 years. I am 56 yr old, I got polio during the last epidemic in August 1955. I am kind of a "chatter" at times. Feel free to write back if you choose or have any questions. Good Luck! Fortunately since I was diagnosed, many more doctors and hospitals seem to be becoming more educated regarding it.
