Is it ok to give these supplements to my grandfather with pps?

My grandfather is 93 years old, what a fighter! I want to get him some supplements to give him some relief from his post polio syndrome. I plan to give him Ubiquinol 100mg tabs, L-Carnitine (Ablend with all them), and an exellent, pure EPA/DHA complex.

I'm really hoping this with ease him pain and give help him feel like 10 years younger.

Is this safe for pps and someone his age?

Thanks so much
