hi all im new to this site i wondered if anyone can i help me my doctor diagnosed me with pcos about 4 yrs ago i fell pregnant in 2002 but m/c i have been trying to fall pregnant since i have regular periods so does this mean im ovulating??? if i am ovulating surely i can fall pregnant i dont know much about pcos is there anything i can do to help me concieve

Well if you did become pregnate, that means that you ovulated that month... that doesnt mean you ovulate on a regular basis. I suggest you go to your infertility clinic and get started on clomid. then they will do innervagional ultrasounds and check your olveries and if needed the could give you a HCG shot to make the egg drop. Thats how i got pregnate and now im almost 27 weeks along.

poly ov is the cause for infertility as the hormonal imbalance is there,
Hormonal essay, ovulation asaay and induction of ovulation with hormonal supplementation is the key. Parteners profile is also to be done. Dr j lal.
