hi Guys,

Glad to have found you, i am 29 I live in the Uk and have just been diagnosed with pcos, I have been given metformin which I am starting tonight, am a bit worried about taking it but heres hoping it will end a 3 year battle of ttc!
Look forward to getting to 'know' you all!

Hello!

I have also just been diagnosed with PCOS. My RE put me on glucophage (just a different name for Metformin). I am also trying to conceive. We've been trying for almost 1 1/2yrs. My husband also had a variocele (which causes low sperm count) but had that corrected last Wednesday. We won't know any results for four months. But welcome.... Try out the infertility board too... I've found that very helpful! Lots of Luck to you!!!
