Dosage of prometrium - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Message Board

I am 2 days past my last prometrium pill with no AF in sight. I'm concerned my dosage was too low. My dr only prescribed 100mg/day for 10 days. Is that normal or is that dose too low? If the dose is too low will I not get AF? I'm confused. Thanks.

I used prometrium too, 100mg for 10 days. AF never showed. I ended up using provera.

Did AF show with provera? Was it because the prometrium dosage was too low?

The provera did what it was supposed to do...too well if you ask me lol. I bled for a month straight! My doc said that not everyone will respond to prometrium, he didn't really say why and I didn't ask.

I take it pretty regularly-especially right now because I am trying to have a baby. Anyways, my dosage is 200 mg. Good luck!
