| What meds should I be on for hairloss?
I am 26 years old, and I just got diagnosed with PCOS a couple of weeks ago b/c of abdominal pain (cysts), hairloss, missed periods, and excess hair. My main concern right is my hair, it is falling out extremly fast right in the front of my head! My doc put me on 500mg of Metformin. What pill / combination of pills should I be on for the best treatment for my hairloss? BCP and Spira...something, or is metformin good, or what?? I don't know, the metformin hasn't helped yet, I would prefer not to go on the pill again if I didn't have to. Anyone have any luck with meds and their hairloss??
Please help, too young to wear a wig yet.
