well let me start at the beginning. I am 19 years old and have a 2 year old son. I am not sure how long it took me to conceive him because i was on contraception and i found out i was preg at 4 months
well i had pre-eclampsia with my son and an emergency c-section. after the birth of my son i started to put on alot of weight and it was discovered that i had PCOS which i apparently always had but was made worse by pregnancy and the c-section. i have not had a full period since my son was born only a few days light bleeding out of the 2 years.
my husband and i have been ttc for the last year and a half and i have become very stressed with the whole process. my doctor prescribed metformin which i took for 6 months and made me really sick. this didnt help bring back my periods. I am currently seeing a PCOS speacalist. i really want to be prescribed clomid as my doctor thinks this will help, but the speacilist is reluctant as she says we have already conceived once naturally. but my husband has low sperm count and i just really want to give clomid a go.
I am driving myself mad, any advice????
