| progesterone increasing!
I have been taking 500mg Vitex for a little over a week now and can actually tell my progesterone is increasing! I feel great! But anyways, the way I can tell that my progesterone has increased is that my gums are swollen, it happens when I am premenstrual which I always thought was weird that my dentist would be like hey are you about to have your period, your gums are bleeding.
Yay! My last period was November and before that April 2006, so here's hopeing AF will show up!
